Once you place your order via our website we’ll send you your free ashes collection pack. The pack contains everything you need to send us a small amount of your inclusions. If you have stated that your ring size is ‘unknown’ then a ring sizer will be sent along with your collection pack.

Orders take 5-6 weeks to complete, from point of return of collection pack. We do hold a vast amount of jewellery in stock and can complete in as little as 2 weeks. If a faster turnaround is needed please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Once we safely receive your inclusions back to our workshop we will contact you to confirm. we will then begin creating your jewellery item(s).

We’ll let you know once we have completed your order.

Your jewellery is gift-wrapped along with our ‘Certificate of authenticity’ and after care instructions.
Unused inclusions will be securely package and returned also.

We dispatch your completed orders using a guaranteed next working day courier where tracking details will be emailed to you.

FAQs and Information

We use a small amount of your loved ones ashes and delicately set in thin layers of clear and coloured UV resin, either on top of your chosen base colour or, within it if you have chosen the ‘Not visible’ option.  This is casted within the blank cabochon that is created within your chosen design, before set with a clear top casting to seal and protect your inclusions and give a beautiful glass like finish.

For all breastmilk inclusion pieces, I require 1oz. Either fresh or frozen is suitable, as it is no longer for human consumption and the process used for its preservation removes bacterial traces. A pre-labelled vial will be sent within your welcome pack to collect your breastmilk for returning to us.

A spoon measure of ashes is recommended for all inclusions jewellery & keepsakes.

A pinch of hair/fur is recommended for all inclusion jewellery & keepsakes.

Any unused inclusions are returned in a sealed container with your completed order(s).

Once we take safe receipt of your inclusions, we label and file within our online system and store within a secure unit in our workshop. The preservation of your breastmilk begins the very moment it is received into our workshop. This process is in form of a dehydration and crystallisation formatting, which preserves it naturally until we are ready to work on your order(s).

Inclusion Sterling silver orders are completed and returned within 5-6 weeks from point of receiving your returned collection pack. If we do not have your chosen item (s) in stock we will advise and offer alternative or, an accurate date upon being back in stock for your order to be completed in full.

We have and continue to work closely with the absolute best UK suppliers of precious metal jewellery makers, to give our customers the best quality and designs.

Sterling Silver in particular will naturally tarnish over time, as it is exposed to oxygen within the environment. Silver Jewellery can be cleaned and polished with a superior quality silver polishing product. Care must be taken to only polish the silver metal and not allow any polishing compound to come into contact with your stone inclusions.

All our jewellery comes with a 12-month manufacturing guarantee.  The warranty, however, will not be valid if on return the item has been defected by hard wear and tear and if resin jewellery has been exposed to water and chemicals (We chemical test any returned resin jewellery). Necklace chains are only guaranteed for three months owing to wear and tear.

We advise the following for maximum longevity of all our Inclusions jewellery:

  • Remove Inclusion jewellery before bathing, showering, or swimming.
  • Do not expose Inclusion jewellery to prolonged periods of time in the sun or UV rays.

Do not allow your Inclusions jewellery to come into contact with:

Make-up, hair products/beauty products, moisturisers, perfumes, or harsh chemicals (including all cleaning products).

  • When removing jewellery to store use the silver polishing cloth provided in your package to wipe away any chemicals that may have built up throughout the day.
  • Use only, the provided gift box to store all Jewellery inclusions.

All our Inclusions jewellery comes with a complimentary1-year ​re-glazing service. Our ‘’1 Year Stone Guarantee’’

​This means that if you find your Inclusions jewellery has been de-buffed through excessive wearing, we will give it a repolish and re-glaze.

This service is £20 plus postage there-after.

We take every step to set your stones carefully and securely as possible. Our aftercare instructions will aid in the maintenance and care of you jewellery. If in the unfortunate event your stones do come lose or lost, we can repair or replace

​If you can locate the stone we will simply reset it. If another stone needs to be made you will need to resend your inclusions back to our workshop.

We may need to make slight adjustments to any of our designs, this will predominantly due to availability and stockist decision. Pictures shown on our website are examples of work already carried out for customers. We may not be able to exactly replicate any of the images on our site. By agreeing to our terms and conditions when you purchase you are agreeing to having a personalised, bespoke, handcrafted item.

As every item is made to order, and sentimental inclusions differ themselves – please allow for slight variantions in finished look/colour. Pictures on the website are examples of completed work.
